“experimental (em)bodyfication”

My artistic practice is an experimental and careful dissection of the human body and it’s socio-cultural construct. By choosing different media, I not only explore but also highlight the complexity of the concept of “human” and “body”.

I embrace the human body as an entity far greater and more complex than the normative representation determines.

I show how the body is and at the same time isn’t.I show how the body could look like without boundaries, without categories.

I open up a possibility for the viewer to connect with their own bodies and our shared bodily experiences.

The body is the socio-cultural carrier of each and every desicion in our society.
The body is part of every construct it moves in.
The body is political.
